Returns the shipping methods available for shipping the given mail items to the given address, grouped by shipment: mail items ship one shipment per mailbox, so a request spanning mailboxes returns one group per shipment. Each group lists the valid serviceCode values for a subsequent POST /v1/shipments call with those mail items. An empty list means that no shipping methods are available to ship to the destination address.
